The Cast of Hannibal

Aaron Abrams as Brian Zeller

Aaron Abrams as Brian Zeller

Aaron Abrams stars as Brian Zeller in "Hannibal." Zeller works with Beverly Katz (Hettienne Park) in the Behavioral Science Unit, but unlike Katz who specializes in fibers, Zeller uses his medical degree to determine causes of death in victims. He is arrogant and has a competitive nature, which sometimes places him at odds with Will (Hugh Dancy).
Born in Toronto, Canada, Abrams has appeared in several films and TV shows since graduating from The Goodman School of Drama in Chicago.

His film credits include comedies such as "The In-Laws," "Firehouse Dog," "Zoom," "12 Men of Christmas," "Jesus Henry Christ" opposite Toni Collette and "Take This Waltz" as Seth Rogen's brother. Abrams has also appeared in several acclaimed dramatic films including "Cinderella Man," "Breach," "Resident Evil: Apocalypse," "Flash of Genius" and "Amelia" opposite Hilary Swank, as Amelia Earhart's eccentric co-pilot Slim Gordon.

In addition to guest starring on "Kojak," "Kevin Hill," "Flashpoint" and "NCIS: Los Angeles," Abrams has appeared in regular/recurring roles for several television series, including the critically acclaimed "Slings & Arrows," the Emmy-nominated "The State Within," the CW's "Runaway," ABC's "Rookie Blue" and "Stargate: Atlantis." Most recently he appeared on "The L.A. Complex" for the CW, a show he also wrote and co-executive produced.

Abrams also wrote, produced and starred in the film "Young People F*cking," which was chosen as the opening night film at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2006. This film also earned him a Canadian Comedy Award and was distributed by TH!NKFilm to theatres worldwide. It is one of the most successful and highest grossing Canadian films of all time, staying in Canadian theatres for over 16 weeks.
