Audition 5 - Queenstown
There was snow on the mountains and a chill in the air but that didn’t keep the girls away in Queenstown. And we're glad!!
We might not have seen as some of the previous centres but as they say - it's not always quantity - quality is the name of the game when it's comes to being in the run to win this competition.
One hopeful wore her lucky pair of gold sneakers and a few auditioned for the second year in a row. We're loving that enthusiasm - that's what it's all about!!
Charene from The Edge is on the road with us and in-between entertaining the crowds, she did a bit of talent scouting in the local bars and café’s. She found some incredible girls who weren’t even thinking about auditioning and one even made it through to the next round. Way to go Charene... a new career perhaps??
Just goes to show though that if you don't try you'll never know.. so if you've been sitting there wondering whether you should - just do it - you really have nothing to lose but tons to gain - and hey, it's all good experience!
So, it might not have been the busiest of our auditions but we’re glad we came.
The girls in Queenstown know how to do it right!
