Beef Stir-fry

Dan and Aaron's Beef Stir Fry



500g eye fillet beef
½ red onion
100g green beans
1 capsicum
Handful mung beans
1 bunch Bok Choy
1 carrot
½ bunch coriander
2 fresh chilli
2 cloves crushed garlic
2 tsp grated ginger
3 Tbsp soy sauce
3 Tbsp hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce
4 bunches egg noodles


  1. Sear beef

  2. Chop the carrot, red onion, capsicum, Bok Choy, beans, coriander and chilli.

  3. Fry the vegetables with the mung beans, garlic and ginger.

  4. Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce and sweet chilli sauce.

  5. Boil egg noodles for 10 minutes or until soft.

  6. Slice the beef medallions.

  7. Toss all vegetables together with the noodles.  And lay the beef over the top with a pinch of salt and pepper sprinkled on top.
