Drawing, reading, listening to music, helping my mum with her art.

Why did you try out for the show?
Mum made me (but I’m glad she did).

What are you hoping to achieve while you are on the show?
I want to learn as much as I can from the pros so that I can go far in the competition and be a better model.

What are you personal goals for the next two years?
To land a few modelling jobs and graduate from Western Springs College and get into Auckland Uni.

What is your proudest moment to date?
Getting into the top 14 of NZNTM and realising I am not as ugly as I thought.

Describe your most embarrassing moment?
I get embarrassed when people compliment me and one time I was sitting in a corner and I overheard some people praising me for something.

What are the qualities you value most in others?
The ability to empathise with others and give help and support when others need it.

Describe yourself in 5 words:
Different in a good way.

Whats your best subject at school? Why?
Physics, because that is the way my brain works so it’s really easy.

Worst subject? Why?
English because I am dysgraphic and have difficulties with writing.

Favourite model?
Alice Dellal. She is awesome.

Favourite NZ designer? Why?
Francis Hooper from World is great. I love World’s style it’s very unique.

Favourite Designer? Why?
Issey Miyake does some absolutely beautiful work. I admire his style.

What makes a good model?
The ability to absorb advice and direction like a sponge and then use it to create amazing looks for the designer.

How would your friends describe you?
Unique and interesting, fun to be around but also really supportive and dependable when needed.

Where would you most like to travel to if you could go to one place right now? Why?
Italy or Japan (if it is safe) because I love the cultures and the fashion.

The last book I read was?
Through the Looking Glass by CS Lewis. It feels like I’m in the story right now in this competition.

My celebrity crush is?
Damon Albarn or Jamie Hewlett.

My style icon is? Why?
My mum cos she knows how to dress awesomely.

My dream job other than modelling would be?
Bio-engineering (robotic limbs for amputees).
Or gemology (chemical structure of amethyst is SiO2 with trace elements of manganese (Mn) which makes it purple).
