Callen, G - Season 1, Ep 24
Eugene Keelson's hideout is found filled with valuable information on Callen. Someone realises that Callen and the others are in the house and attempts to blow it up. The team is able to escape with their lives but not with any of the information.
Eugene knew that Callen was in 37 foster homes, and of the existence of G's sister, Amy Callen. Callen tracks his sister down but she admits that her name is Hannah Lawson, and that she knew Callen's sister when they both lived in an orphanage together. Amy had died when the two sneaked out to play in the river one night. When Hannah returned, she slept in Amy's bed, and the caretakers there never realized what had happened.
When Amy's body was found a few months later, she was buried under Hannah's name. Callen later goes to visit that grave, and finds an obviously recent note left to "my Sweet daughter". During the episode, Nate Getz finds out that a list of all G's foster homes and orphanages was written by one person over the period of a number of years proving that someone has been keeping an eye on him over that time.
