Chicken Burger with Fiesta Rice


Chicken Burger with Fiesta Rice (4 Serves)


1 lb ground chicken
2 oz fiesta rice, cooked
4 small buns
4 lettuce leaves, chopped
4 slices tomato
Salt and pepper, to taste


1. Mix together chicken, rice, salt, and pepper. Form into patties and chill. Grill over medium heat until cooked through.

2. Slow roast tomato slices in 350-degree F oven for 20 minutes.

3. Assemble burger.
