For Cycle 3 we've got two bloggers sharing their thoughts on all things Top Model.

First up, 'Top Model Miss' has the inside goss on the happenings in the Top Model house, in production and in her head! Joining her to offer a 'Guy's Perspective', New Zealand's tallest comic satirist and resident 'The Jono Project' reporter Guy Williams also shares his musings on each episode.

Life in the Top Model house looks like so much fun! Tonight Lauren celebrated her 17th birthday with a cake and sparkling grape fruit juice. The following day it was make-over time. Yay! This is literally one of my favourite parts of the show.

Dakota got her hell-of-a-mess hair tamed. Thank god!
The twins still look the same. WTH?
Amelia and Holly don’t look a lot different than what they did before. What a shame.

Lauren and Courtenay however had a massive transformation. Lauren cried the whole time her hair was cut…its well short but Ah-Mazing!

And… just when you through Courtenay was only going to get a once over with a brush, Sara jumped in and said I think you can go shorter. Hell to the yes she can! They chopped her mop ala twiggy and boy does she look good. I wonder if they are going to fix her snaggletooth?

The next day, the girls were surprised with their first runway challenge since entering into the house.

They all seemed to do a pretty stand up job. Eliza owned the catwalk by wearing a massive black jacket which worked so well on the gold glitter covered runway, Eva looked like she had done it all before, Lauren actually looked like a model.. but that could have just been her new haircut.

Danielle on the other hand, was a disaster! It was painful to watch. She pretty much had zero confidence on the runway.. this girl better shape up quick if she wants to stay on.

Next up the girls had a networking challenge. This was the funniest thing I’ve ever seen. The girls had to make a good impression on the people from Pacific Blue and man they bombed. Well, when I say they, I mostly mean Dakota. She came across as totally loco and I’m actually a bit scared of her.

Dakota made it her mission to get as many business cards as possible and it was just all kinds of wrong. If you missed it, you need to go watch it online now!

Lauren won the challenge and now gets to fly anywhere in the world that Pacific Blue fly. I wish she would take me!

What huge ep.. so much happened. The next day the girls had to do a jewellery photo-shoot where they each had to hold a live (and very bitie) parrot.

Lauren, Amelia (who I love), Danielle and Eva all took the best shots.

Elza had a melt down after she finally realised that she would always be compared to her sister on the show… she managed to pull it together for the shoot and both her and Nellie looked great.

Aafreen was sadly too distracted by the parrot biting her finger to take a good shot… which sucks because I like her.

At elimination Holly (who wore these really cool pants) and Aafreen were in the bottom two.

Aafreen went home which I personally think was the wrong decision. I’m not saying Holly should have gone, but Aafreen could have actually won this comp if they had left her in. Her legs go on forever!

Next week Dan Carter pops in the Top Model house. I wonder what for? Underwear modelling maybe? It better be!
