Episode 2: The Makeover
Make-over time – time for tears to roll and locks to be cut! Sara, Colin and Paul Serville were on hand to lend their expert opinion on transforming the contestants from pretty girls to serious model material. It’s fair to say that Tyne was less than impressed with her new look. Amber was also unsure whether platinum blonde is really better than her natural brunette hue.
The shoot this week was for Streets Magnum Temptation Ice-Cream with Stephen Tilley. The girls headed over to The Parnell Baths to try their hand at their first commercial shoot. Luckily, Chris Sisarich was there with some advice. The styling was reminiscent of 1950s St Tropez – but some of the girls were less than glamorous while posing with their ice-cream, in fact Issy spent her time eating as opposed to working the camera.
This week there were only 13 spots up for grabs in the Top Model house. The judges all agreed that Yanna and Tyne had produced really strong photos. The same can’t be said for Aminah and Briana who were in the bottom two; Aminah was the first contestant to be eliminated.
