Cycle 3, Ep 9

We’ve reached the recap eppy (which was surprisingly awesome BTW). This has inspired me to do a recap B- Log of what has happened thus far, so get excited!

Top 10 Top Model Moments/Awesome-times by Guy ‘one comment’ Williams

10) Episode 8 – Wilson Dixon’s disappointment after finding out he wasn’t meeting with New Zealand’s Next Top Modellers. The girls we’re not impressed.

9) Chris telling the models they need to “embody the sprit of the Ford Fiesta”.

8) Famous last words – one of my favourite moments of any episode is the bit where the girls pack and leave the model apartment. From Tyne philosophising on the rest of her life (“work, study, save, travel” - she was only a “find a girl, settle down” away from a Cat Stevens’ song) to Arihana dramatically walking into the sunset with a hula hoop slung over each shoulder – this is always a moment not to be missed.

Study

What are you personal goals for the next two years?
Sort my future out.

Why did you try out for the show?
I see this as a challenge and an opportunity (if I can keep up) to learn a lot at an increased pace. Top Model have amazing photo shoots.

What are you hoping to achieve while you are on the show?
I think I answered that in the last question.

4) The video interviews are even better.

4) I’ve done two number 4s because the number 3 is broken on my keyboard – the time when Bianca sat in Tyne’s seat. This was the biggest drama of Cycle 3 (and there’s been a lot of drama). “I just can’t be f**ked with this s**t, eh” - Tyne

2) Episode 7 - Tyne’s departure. I feel sorry for Tyne she gets a lot of stick, but at the same Tyne (pun) thank god I don’t have to hear her cry about how she’s “finding out who she inside” anymore.

1) Announcing there’s going to be a LIVE FINAL!!! 3000 fans at New Zealand Fashion Week! I’m more excited than when I won a double pass to the Dane Rumble acoustic tour last year!
