Deep fried wonton wrappers with  guacamole by Libby Elliot



3 ripe Avocados (ripe as in really dark in colour and slightly soft when squeezed)
1 small onion, finely diced
1 medium tomato, diced
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Tabasco sauce (optional)


  1. Peel avocado. And place flesh in bowl, mash and stir until moderately creamy.

  2. Add diced onion and tomatoes to the avocados.

  3. Add salt, pepper, Tabasco sauce, sweet chilli and lime juice and taste to see if seasoned enough to your liking.

  4. Place on top of deep fried wrapper and Top with sour cream.
