Emily's Chocolate Bubble Cakes

     

(Based on the Edmonds Cookbook recipe)

INGREDIENTS
200 g Nestle Dark Choc buttons
50g chopped almonds
1 1/2 cups rice bubbles
Decorative muffin cases and fun sprinkles


METHOD
1. Melt choc in the microwave on medium.
2. Stir in rice bubbles and chopped almonds.
3. Spoon into cupcake cases and sprinkle over your choice of sprinkles.
4. Serve when chocolate has hardened.
