INGREDIENTS2 cups grated tasty cheese1 1/2 cups self-rising flour1/2 tsp salt1 tbsp sugarPinch of cayenne pepper1 large egg1 cup milkBrie cheeseParsley Sundried tomato
METHOD1. Heat oven to 210°C.2. Measure the cheese, flour, salt, sugar and cayenne pepper into a large bowl. Mix lightly until combined.3. In another bowl beat the egg and milk until evenly combined. Sprinkle the flour and cheese mixture over the liquids then fold together.4. Spoon into standard or mini muffin tins.5. Sprinkle with extra cheese, cayenne pepper or paprika.6. Cook for about 12 minutes.7. When cool serve with brie cheese and parsley or sundried tomato.
