Venison & Chermoula Kebabs
Cook Venison fast over a high heat, don’t overcook, as it’s a lean meat and dries out quickly.

Vanilla Berry Filo Strudel
Don’t freeze filo pastry, as it becomes dry and unmanageable. Work very quickly, so that fresh filo pastry does not dry out. Reseal any leftover filo and store in the fridge.
