Nelson born Guy Williams is the newest presenter to
join TV3’s brand new comedy, The Jono
At 6 feet and 5 inches in height, Guy Williams knows
what it means to be head and shoulders above everyone else.
In 2010, he joined C4 as Dai Henwood’s protégé, but
soon stepped out of his mentor’s shadow and into the limelight when he
infiltrated TVNZ and managed to be interviewed live on air by Paul Henry on
Breakfast, eventually making the front page of the New Zealand Herald in what
was dubbed as ‘The Great Breakfast Hoax’.
Having graduated from Victoria University
with a Bachelor of Arts, Williams currently also doubles as a script writer for
The Jono Project and 7 Days and hopes to someday make an
