Sticky Squid Balls

  • 2 chicken stock cubes
  • 400g sugar snap peas
  • ½ a Chinese white cabbage
  • fresh red chilli
  • 200g tenderstem broccoli
  • 2 bok choi
  • 1 bunch radishes
  • fresh ginger
  • fish sauce
  • soy sauce
  • 4 nests egg noodles
  • 2 limes
  • 225g fresh squid gutted and cleaned
  • fresh bunch coriander
  • sesame oil
  • 225g large raw peeled tiger prawns
  • sweet chilli sauce
  • sesame seeds

Sausage Fusilli

  • 4 sausages
  • olive oil
  • 1 large red onion
  • heaped tsp fennel seeds
  • 4 jarred red peppers
  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • garlic cloves
  • 320g dried fusilli
  • balsamic vinegar
  • 350g passata
  • 1 soft round lettuce
  • 100g baby spinach or rocket
  • 1 punnet of cress
  • English mustard
  • fat free natural yoghurt
  • 1 lemon
  • fresh chives
