Lamb Meatballs, Chop Salad and Harissa Yoghurt

  • 400g lean lamb mince
  • garam masala
  • olive oil
  • pinch of saffron
  • fresh chilli
  • bunch of fresh coriander
  • cloves of garlic
  • 400g tin of chickpeas
  • 350g passata
  • 1/2 a cucumber
  • 2 little gem lettuces
  • bunch of radishes
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 lemon
  • harissa
  • fat-free natural yoghurt
  • 8 small wholewheat tortillas
  • 1 orange

Incredibly Delicious Chicken Salad

  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 4 x 120g skinless chicken breasts
  • ground coriander
  • olive oil
  • 300g of bulgur wheat
  • 2 preserved lemons
  • bunch of radishes
  • 2 spring onions
  • fresh mint
  • red wine vinegar
  • sunflower seeds
  • punnet of cress
  • fat-free natural yoghurt
  • harissa
  • 1 lemon
