Chorizo with Squid

  • 4 spring onions
  • 100g baby spinach
  • fresh mint
  • 300g of couscous
  • 1 lemon
  • 400g baby squid, gutted and cleaned
  • 80g cured chorizo sausage
  • olive oil
  • 2 mixed-colour peppers
  • runny honey
  • sherry vinegar
  • fresh garlic
  • 8-10 black olives (stone in)
  • 50g feta cheese
  • harissa
  • fat-free natural yoghurt

Simple Spaghetti

  • 320g dried spaghetti
  • 300g tenderstem broccoli
  • fresh chilli
  • 8 anchovy fillets
  • fresh garlic
  • fresh rosemary
  • 2 lemons
  • optional: Parmesan cheese
  • 500g ripe mixed-colour tomatoes
  • fresh basil
  • olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar
  • 125g low-fat cottage cheese
