Spending time with family, reading (generally about fashion), shopping, travel, the beach in summer.
Why did you try out for the show?
I thought it would be a good opportunity to show the judges what sort of person I am and how interested I am in fashion and becoming a model.
What are you hoping to achieve while you are on the show?
Knowledge of fashion-related topics. More on posing and catwalk in heels, what it is like to work as a model (work areas/locations and atmosphere).
What are your personal goals for the next two years?
To be involved in the fashion industry and have experience working with the many people in it. To have finished school.
Describe your most embarrassing moment?
When I was in a shopping centre (very young) and held a woman’s hand who I thought was my mum and started talking to her. I realised is wasn’t her and almost cried. It was embarrassing at the time.
What are the qualities you value most in others?
Honesty, friendliness, a sense of humor.

Outgoing, caring, confident, diligent and polite.
Whats your best subject at school? Why?
Japanese – I have always had a passion for Japanese culture, food, language and tradition. Also English as you can be as creative as possible.
Worst subject? Why?
Maths. Although I have passed previously I am not as strong in Maths as others.
Favourite model?
Daria Werbowy. I also love Natalia Vodanova and Miranda Kerr.
Favourite NZ designer? Why?
Both Alexandra Own and Karen Walker. I have always loved just about every piece of clothing they have designed and they are a mix of smart, casual and chic.
Favourite Designer? Why?
At the moment – Elie Saab. He designs beautiful, wearable clothes and his dresses are so elegant anyone could wear his designs.
What makes a good model?
Someone who has respect and who has confidence to show .
How would your friends describe you?
Kind, caring, polite and easy to talk to.
Where would you most like to travel to if you could go to one place right now? Why?
Anywhere in the Mediterranean. Probably southern Italy.
The last book I read was?
New Moon!.
My celebrity crush is?
Jake Gyllenhaul…shh!
My style icon is? Why?
Alexa Chung at the moment. She always looks effortlessly chic, stylish and fashionable. Also she often wears short shift dresses which I love.
My dream job other than modelling would be?
A Television presenter or host on Getaway. I adore travel, tourism and culture.
