Pork  and Duck Potstickers

100g pork mince
50g prawns
100g duck
1 tsp chili
1 clove garlic
1 red Onion
Salt and pepper
2 tsp ginger
2 eggs
4 tsp hoisin sauce


  1. In one bowl mix pork mince, chopped prawns, garlic, chili, onion, ginger, salt and pepper. Mix and place in center of wonton wrapper.

  2. Fold the wonton in half and coat edges with whisked egg. Stick sides together and pinch.

  3. Follow the same method with the duck meat – although ensure this is cooked first (pan fried in hoisin sauce) and then shredded.
