Sardine Crostini

Sardine Crostini by Flora and Jasmine from The Great Food Race



1 tin of sardines
1 shallot, finely chopped
2 Tbsp of parsley, finely chopped
2 Tbsp finely chopped  long red chili (approx. ½ chilli)
Dash of olive oil
Juice of half a lemon
Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Empty the tin of sardines into a bowl, add prepared vegetables bowl and mix with a fork to break up sardines.

  2. Add olive oil and lemon juice and continue to mix.

  3. Salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Serve on crostini and garnish with parsley.
