How do I know my TXT vote has been registered?

If you sent in a TXT vote that matches the keyword of the contestant that performed on the show that round, you will get a reply TXT thanking you for voting for them. If you have sent in a TXT that doesn’t match the name of the contestant(s) performing on the show that round you will receive a TXT response telling you the system does not understand your vote and you should check your spelling. You should receive this TXT soon after you vote but can sometimes be delayed or lost due to various reasons like how busy the voting lines are, network coverage, how busy your network is, technical problems, your handset memory, etc.

How do I know my Facebook vote has been registered?

When you have completed the process to vote for a contestant, the final screen will tell you that you have successfully voted.

I sent a vote in by TXT but never received a reply. Why?

Reply TXT messages can be delayed or lost for various reasons; like how busy the voting lines are, network coverage, how busy your network is, technical problems, your handset memory, etc.

I am trying to TXT my vote but it won’t go through.

This could be due to a number of reasons like the network could be overloaded due to a large number of votes being received, they may be having technical problems, you may not have enough credit on your account, etc.

I have a question regarding a charge on my phone bill that I don't recognise.

Please call your mobile provider and query your account with them. We have no access to your personal account. If the charge relates to shortcode 3999 then it is because a TXT from your mobile was sent to that number. There is no charge for receiving TXTs from that number.
