It is now day 116 of Sean’s ‘100 day’ project. Having failed its council inspection, the restaurant is – again -  dangerously close to not being able to be finished in time. Regardless Sean has to hit the promotion trail, including a glitzy launch at the restaurant to 170 (!) media and Auckland celebrities. Head Chef Stuart has a staffing disaster.  Adam is getting hammered with so much work to do on ‘the grill’. Sean’s list of new jobs for architect Andrew Lister and project manager David Burton is seemingly endless. The expensive dining chairs arrive but there’s a major problem. The final instalment in Sean’s dumbwaiter disaster….and finally…it is opening night. But tempers rise when things don’t run smoothly.
