14 dumpling sheets
100g pork mince
50g beef stomach
1 bunch coriander
2 Tbsp sesame oil
Chop the coriander, onion and beef stomach finely and combine with the pork mince and the oil.
Place a heaped teaspoon into each dumpling sheet and crimp into a ball.
Steam the dumplings for 15-20 minutes or until cooked.
