Congratulation to Fletcher Mills! The winner of The X Factor Wild Card Vote was announced at the SKYCITY VIP Party this evening.

The 17-year-old from Wellington won the hearts of the New Zealand public after his first audition when he sung an original composition, Ode to Bon Iver.

The Wild Card Vote was announced in the final minutes of Monday night’s episode prompting an overwhelming response from the public. Fletcher Mills beat out Grace Ikenasio , The Young Project and Aotea Beazley to claim a spot alongside the Top 12 at The X Factor Live Shows.

We can’t wait to see the Top 13 perform on Sunday at the first of The X Factor Live Shows!
