Steak with Burnt
Fry Steak and leave to rest.
6 cloves of garlic chopped
1 tbsp. coarse black pepper
2 cups full cream, add one at a
time and reduce slowly.
A pinch of salt is an option, I
prefer it without.
In a pan add a little oil and add
roughly chopped garlic and course black pepper and fry till the garlic starts
to smells nutty and turns slightly brown, then add cream and reduce slowly.
Serve on mashed potatoes and fresh spinach (place steak on top of
spinach, the heat from the steak will wilt the spinach.Pour Burnt sauce over the top.
